BOULDER -- The University of Colorado's Track and Field program will send athletes to two meets in southern California this weekend. The Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific will run Thursday through Saturday while the Beach Invitational hosted by Long Beach will occur Friday and Saturday. Several athletes will be transitioning from one meet to the other, and several will be looking to achieve west regional qualifying marks.
The team is riding high on a wave of success after a strong showing at the Kit Mayer Classic hosted by the Colorado School of Mines, where they broke two school records and achieved several top-10 marks.
