BOULDER – The University of Colorado women's tennis program heads to Ames, Iowa, to take on North Dakota and Iowa State this Friday at 1 p.m. MT and Saturday at 10 a.m., respectfully.
The Buffaloes (1-0) are coming off of a home opener sweep against MSU-Denver. Colorado only let up three sets in the entire dual, one in the No.1 singles match, one in the No.4 and the No.2 doubles match.
CU won 13 of 17 combined sets by a score of 6-3 or better Sunday. Sophia Derivan, Megan Forster, Fleur Eggink and Maria Campos all closed out their opponents in straight sets.
