Colorado Buffaloes offensive lineman Tim Lynott will miss at least the remainder of the 2017 season and spring ball next year with a torn achilles, per a report from Buff Stampede’s Adam Munsterteiger.
Lynott left during the second quarter of Saturday’s 40-31 loss at Arizona State and was immediately ruled out by Colorado’s training staff. He started all 23 games thus far in his career, moving between various positions on the offensive line. Lynott came off an All-American freshman season and was transitioned to center against Northern Colorado earlier this year.
Jonathan Huckins was listed at third on the depth chart and will replace Lynott.
