Colorado's rise has not flown under the radar locally, and many high schools are seeing the powerhouse program that the Buffs can be. This has led to the Buffaloes grabbing the most important position in every recruiting class, the quarterback.
Blake Stenstrom, Valor's backup quarterback and the son of former Stanford stud Steve Stenstrom, has joined Ray Robinson as two early CU commits. Both are current juniors and dominate their respective 5A divisions. Stenstrom is playing behind Dylan McCaffrey currently for Valor, but next year his stats will show how great of a prospect he is.
