Colorado Buffaloes linebacker Alvin Williams is no longer with the team due to an ongoing domestic violence issue. The news, first reported by BuffStampede’s Adam Munsterteiger, was followed up with details from the Denver Post on Tuesday.
William, 20, was charged with misdemeanor harassment from an incident with his ex-girlfriend on Feb. 15.
According to Boulder Police, the incident happened in the midst of a fight with Williams saying, “If I ever see you again, I am going to beat the **** out of you,” and “if you’re still in the parking lot, I’m going to beat you right now.
