PHOENIX —Four University of Colorado men's golfers wrapped up competition here Tuesday as the inaugural Arizona State Papago Individual came to a close.
Junior Frederik Eisenbeis led the Buffaloes overall, as he tied for 20th with an 8-over 221 scorecard after recording a final round 76 on the 7,551-yard, par-71 Papago Golf Course layout. He made the turn even and was in position to crack the top 10, but ran into trouble as he bogeyed No. 10 and then double bogeyed No. 12, both par-4s. He had one birdie for the round (six for the event) and 12 pars, with his 35 pars overall tying for the eighth-most in the 34-man field.
