Buffs Tied for Second After Opening Round at Pac-12 Championships

TUCSON, Ariz. – Freshman Robyn Choi is tied for third place and the 21st ranked University of Colorado women's golf team is tied for second here Monday after the first round of the Pac-12 Championships at the Sewailo Golf Club.

As a group, Colorado combined to shoot 296 or 8-over par and leads the field in par 3 scoring as they averaged 3.10 strokes. The Buffaloes made 48 pars which is only one behind Arizona State (49) who owns the most among any team.

"It was a tough day out there," head coach Anne Kelly said.
