BOULDER — Colorado allowed a 15-point first-half lead to become a four-point deficit late in the game Wednesday, but the Buffaloes rallied in the final minutes to take a 60-57 win over Eastern Washington at the CU Events Center.
Tad Boyle's Buffs improved to 7-3 while the Eagles fell to 4-5.
Jabari Walker led CU with 17 points and 10 rebounds, his fifth double-double in the last six games.
Steele Venters led Eastern Washington with 23 points.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Colorado led by as much as 15 in the first half and still had an eight-point lead at intermission, 39-31.
