After his team racked up a whopping eight personal foul/unsportsmanlike conduct penalties on Thursday night, Colorado head coach Mike MacIntyre didn't waste any time in addressing the problem.
"We were back here at 8 (on Friday) morning," MacIntyre said Monday, as the Buffaloes returned to practice. "We run for penalties and different things anyway, but it was a little bit more intense with the personal fouls and the unsportsmanlike conducts.
"They responded really well, did really well and then they went and lifted (weights). It was good."
Players may not have enjoyed the morning of punishment, but they all knew it was necessary after the uncharacteristic loss of composure during their 20-10 win against UCLA.
