BOULDER — The Colorado women's lacrosse team moved up one position to 14th in the latest Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) poll and held steady at 15th in the Cascade/Inside Lacrosse media poll and the NIKE/US Lacrosse Magazine poll.
The Buffaloes earned a 14-9 win against Oregon on March 23 to improve to 7-3 overall. Junior Samantha Nemirov tallied a career-high six goals in the game, five of which came in the second half as the Buffs out-scored the Ducks 8-3. She also added an assist for a career-best seven points.
