AZUSA, Calif. - The Colorado track and field program continued with its busy weekend in California on Saturday at the Bryan Clay Invitational with two new top-10 marks and multiple personal bests.
Avery McMullen continued competing in the women's heptathlon, starting with a long jump where she jumped 6.03m (19-9.5) to place sixth. This mark, combined with her javelin throw of 31.31m (102-8), placed her seventh with 5447 points.
Troy Colleran placed sixth in the men's decathlon with a new personal best of 6994 points. He now owns the 10th-best mark in CU history.
