CORVALLIS, Ore. — Finally.
After almost two full years — 707 days if you’re counting — and 14 conference games, the Colorado Buffaloes ended their Pac-12 drought Saturday night, making a single touchdown in the second half hold up for a 17-13 win over Oregon State at Reser Field.
The win, which also ended a 13-game Pac-12 road game losing streak for the Buffs, didn’t come easily. After taking a 17-10 lead early in the fourth quarter, the Buffs gave up a field goal to OSU on the Beavers’ next possession, then had to rely on their defense to clinch the win.
