LAS VEGAS — Colorado's bid for a Pac-12 tournament title came up short Saturday, as the Buffaloes dropped a 70-68 decision to Oregon State at T-Mobile Arena.
Colorado dropped to 22-8 on the season while OSU earned the Pac-12's automatic NCAA Tournament bid while improving to 17-12.
The Buffs will now wait for Sunday's NCAA Tournament bracket announcement to find out where they will be seeded as an at-large team.
McKinley Wright IV led Colorado with 18 points and seven assists, and also had six rebounds. Evan Battey added 16 points and eight rebounds and D'Shawn Schwartz chipped in 11 points.
