SEATTLE - The Colorado women's volleyball team (10-8, 2-5 Pac-12) fell in straight sets to the Washington Huskies (12-6, 3-4 Pac-12) here tonight, losing 21-25, 18-25, 19-25.
Although CU failed to grab a set from UW, there were bright spots for the Buffs. Lexi Hadrych led the team in kills with 13 to hit .310. Middle blocking pair Skyy Howard and Cayla Payne also had strong hitting percentages, attacking .417 and .500 respectively.
The Buffs continued to play big at the net, accumulating eight total blocks throughout the match while Washington only earned two total blocks.
