BOULDER — With back-to-back Pac-12 Conference wins last weekend, the University of Colorado lacrosse team moved up one spot in the latest edition of the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association poll, which was released Monday.
The Buffs, who are now ranked 22nd, recorded a 9-8 upset of then-No. 14 Southern California on April 5, handing the Trojans their first conference loss of the season and just their second loss on the year. It was also the first win against USC in Los Angeles for the Buffs. Then on April 7, CU defeated Arizona State 13-7 to improve to 6-1 in Pac-12 play.
