SAN DIEGO, and SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – The first day of fall competition for the Colorado Buffaloes Tennis team did not go as expected losing all six matches between the Battle in the Bay and the UTSA Intercollegiate Championships.
Action started first for the Buffs with doubles in the Battle of the Bay for senior Aya El Sayed and junior Mila Stanojevic as they took on San Francisco's Katerina Filip and Erin Richardson 8-5.
After the early loss freshman Pia Rebec was starting her first match in a Buffs uniform taking on Isabelle Lee from USC in the first round.
