BOULDER – Colorado track and field is heading to what will hopefully be the first in three-straight meets at the University of Arkansas, the host of the 2021 NCAA Indoor National Championships, this Friday and Saturday at the Razorback Invitational.
The Buffs are coming off of a strong rust-buster at the Air Force Invitational. Things ramp up this weekend as Colorado only has two more meets left on its schedule to qualify for the NCAA Championships. CU will throw it's full force at every event, focusing mostly on sprints, hurdles, jumps and throws.
Possibly CU's strongest bet at an NCAA qualifying time will come in the women's 800 with the season debut of Sage Hurta who hasn't suited up for Colorado in a track jersey since the 2018 NCAA West Preliminary Round.
