The Colorado Buffaloes won a nailbiter against the Stanford Cardinal, 56-55. Josh Scott recorded another double double, scoring 14 point to lead the team, as well as recording 14 rebounds. Michael Humphrey of Stanford led all scorers with 19 points. It was a sloppy night for Colorado, who finished with 18 turnovers as they got the win to finish the first road trip of conference play at 1-1.
The Buffaloes got off to a good start, taking a 12-5 lead into the first media timeout. Josh Fortune lead the Buffs with 10 first half points, and did not score after the half.
