Tedric Thompson is coming back to where it all started.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound safety heads to the Mile High City after inking a deal with the Denver Broncos on Tuesday. Thompson spent a majority of the 2020 season on Kansas City Chiefs roster. A move that gives Denver some much-needed depth in the secondary.
The former Buffs defender with taken in the fourth round by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2017 NFL Draft. This will be Thompson’s fourth NFL team over the past five years. He ended last season as a member of the Cleveland Browns, but never played a down.
