Frazier, 20, was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a police officer found him asleep behind the wheel of his car at an intersection in Boulder. Frazier, was also arrested for underage possession of alcohol and a traffic violation.
When the officer approached Frazier, the Buff acknowledged that he had one small alcoholic beverage, but the officer said Frazier was slurring his speech and had a blood-alcohol level of .111.
Frazier was booked into Boulder County Jail before being released on bond.
Despite a dismal season for the Buffaloes, Frazier was a bright spot as the redshirt freshman saw playing time on both sides of the ball as a fullback and a defensive end.
