OJAI, Calif. – The University of Colorado women's tennis team posted a program-best three points in the opening round of the Pac-12 Championships, but ultimately fell here 4-3 to No.37-ranked Oregon Wednesday evening.
The Buffaloes (8-14, 1-9 Pac-12) close out the season nearly completing the upset over the Ducks (15-7, 5-5 Pac-12) after picking up the first doubles point for CU in the short tournament's history for CU.
Ky Ecton and Mila Stanojevic got things going early for Colorado in the No.2 doubles match, taking down Allison Mulville and Myah Petchey by a score of 6-2.
