It only took a single week and a thrilling victory for the Colorado Buffaloes to enter the AP Poll. After defeating TCU 45-42 in Fort Worth on Saturday, the Buffaloes are now ranked No. 22 in Tuesday’s AP Poll.
This is the first time Colorado has been ranked in the AP Poll since the COVID-shortened 2020 season under Karl Dorrell. The Buffaloes haven’t finished a season ranked since the Alamo Bowl year in 2016.
Also, unexpectedly joining Colorado in the rankings, one spot higher at No. 21, was the Duke Blue Devils, fresh off a 28-7 win over Clemson on Monday night.
