Well well well, how the tables have turned. The Colorado Buffaloes briefly hired Vic So’oto this offseason, much to my delight. He is a great DL coach who is a fantastic recruiter up and down the west coast. Unfortunately, a better offer arrived from Pac-12 RIVAL California and So’oto left for greener pastures. That led Karl Dorrell to hire Gerald Chatman, who has a varied resume, largely centered in the Southeastern part of the country. However, in this head-to-head, the Buffs came out on top for the commitment of Carson Mott.
Mott hails from Simi Valley High School in California, where he plays on the edge of the defense.
