BOULDER — Colorado built a big early lead Monday, then refused to allow Oregon State to mount a comeback, as the Buffaloes put the hammer down in the second half and ran away with a 78-49 win over Oregon State at the CU Events Center.
The Buffs improved to 15-5 overall and 9-4 in Pac-12 play while the Beavers fell to 10-8 and 6-6 while also seeing their two-game win streak at the Events Center come to an end.
CU had three players in double figures, led by Jeriah Horne's 16 points and seven rebounds.
