NEW ORLEANS — After getting their first significant races of the season under their feet, the University of Colorado saw both of its cross country teams earn a No. 8 ranking in the latest edition of the USTFCCCA Division I Polls, which were released Tuesday.
The CU women have been ranked eighth since the preseason poll, while the men made their first movement in the rankings. They jumped up four spots from 12th to eighth after finishing third at the Cowboy Invitational, September 18, in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
