BOULDER — Former University of Colorado wide receiver Bryce Bobo has been awarded an NCAA Division I Degree Completion Award, as the program provides funds to those student-athletes in need of financial assistance to complete their degrees.
Bobo, a Sociology major, is planning to graduate this August and has enrolled at CU for the spring semester. He needs 15 hours to complete his degree, which he placed on hold after signing as an unrestricted free agent with the Denver Broncos of the National Football League in the spring of 2018 following his senior season. He was waived by the team in its final round of cuts ahead of the season, and also spent some time in camp with the Seattle Seahawks in 2019.
