Things have officially become unsettling for the playoff-bound Avalanche.
Colorado lost its fourth straight game Sunday, blowing a 1-0 third-period lead by allowing three goals in a stretch of 3:21 and falling to the Winnipeg Jets 4-1 at Canada Life Centre.
“Our work is cut out for us here to get our guys back to playing our game, getting back to our identity,” Avs coach Jared Bednar said. “Starts with the work, the competitiveness. Moves on to execution, details — the whole gamut we’ve seen it all (go away) over the last four games.”
The Avalanche (55-18-6) finished 0-3 on its disastrous trip that began in Seattle and went through Edmonton.
