A celebrity hockey fundraiser has been planned Saturday for Castle Rock seventh-grader Rylie Guentensberger, who was critically injured when a runaway car plowed through a running story in Parker on April 29.
Rylie remains heavily sedated but stable at Children’s Hospital in Aurora.
Avalanche defenseman Francois Beauchemin, former Avalanche players Pierre Turgeon and Brett Clark, and University of Denver coach Jim Montgomery headline the fundraiser at South Suburban Ice Arena in Littleton.
