Morning Flurries: Cale Makar continues breaking records

Colorado Avalanche continued their seemingly never ending road trip last night at the Calgary Flames and held on for a 3-2 win with two goals from Andre Burakovsky and the game winner courtesy of Vladislav Kamenev.

The Avalanche also made a string of transactions leading up to the game including activating Philipp Grubauer, who started the game, and sending both goaltenders Adam Werner and then Antoine Bibeau back to the Colorado Eagles. AJ Greer was also recalled in the morning as insurance for Pierre-Edouard Bellemare who wasn’t feeling well but he soldiered on through the game.
