With the Colorado Avalanche on a bit of an extended break this week, the team was able to take their time when deciding who to call up to replace J.T. Compher and Tyson Jost. The Avs made the announcement yesterday that it would be Gabriel Bourque and A.J. Greer that will be coming up from San Antonio.
It’s good to see Greer getting a shot as it looked like the rookie was well on his way to making the team until he was sidelined with a concussion during the preseason.
So far this season, fans around the NHL have been talking about how good Will Butcher has been as a NCAA UFA in New Jersey.
