There’s some very good news coming out of Colorado Avalanche training camp this afternoon as Conor Timmins was seen on the ice in full equipment for the first time since earlier this summer.
Timmins spent the past few months resting both ankle and head injuries only to have a setback at the end of August that caused him to miss all of the rookie tournament and the opening of Avalanche training camp.
He is still not medically cleared to take contact, or even practice with his teammates, but the fact that he’s on the ice is a really good sign.
