The Colorado Avalanche on Monday signed forward Logan O’Connor to a two-year, entry-level contract.
O’Connor, 21, was named the captain of the Denver Pioneers in June. Last season, he scored seven goals and added 14 assists. In three seasons with DU, he’s tallied 16 goals and 27 assists in 108 games.
“Logan is a hard-working player who brings leadership, energy and speed every night,” Avalanche executive vice president and general manager Joe Sakic said in a news release. “His game has continued to develop each season.”
