The 27-year-old appeared in 32 games for the Boston Bruins last season, accumulating a career-high nine points (two goals, seven assists). Selected 180th overall in the sixth round of the 2013 NHL draft, the 6-foot-1, 197-pound Blidh has played in 70 games over six seasons with the Bruins.
Blidh has spent much more time with Boston’s AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins, racking up 88 points (46 goals, 42 assists) over 278 career games.
