After last night’s game, the Colorado Avalanche announced that forwards A.J. Greer and Dominic Toninato, and defenseman David Warsofsky have been reassigned to the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL.
Since the NHL is no on their All Star break, the three have been sent back to get some playing time with the Rampage - and to save some money on the salary cap. San Antonio will host the San Jose Barracudas tomorrow night and all three are expected to be in the lineup.
Greer has tallied 10 points (6g/4a) in 17 games this season with the Rampage, while collecting two assists in 12 games with the Avalanche.
