Sure you could say that it’s part of being a professional hockey player that they go and do ‘charity work’ at events.
It was interesting reading that the longers the players are on a team the less they attend events. I see a lot of our players attending hospitals and charity organizations, being engaged and involved with the Colorado Community.
For that, I am very grateful. They care. They care about the people in their community.
And yes I know that Kroenke Sports Charities probably gets tax benefits for being that, yet they do contribute back to the sporting communities which otherwise couldn’t afford sporting equipment for the kids to enjoy the sport.
