He played a few games in other cities, but the great Jarome Iginla will undoubtedly be remembered as a member of the Colorado Avalanche. Now Iginla is going to take his rightful place in the Hockey Hall of Fame as the marquee name in the 2020 HHOF induction class.
Drafted 11th overall in 1995 by the Dallas Stars, Iginla went on to play for five different teams during his Hall of Fame career. He finished with exactly 1,300 points in 1,554 games - a total good enough to put him 34th on the NHL’s all-time scoring list.
