On a World Series filled Wednesday night, the San Antonio Rampage fell to the Bakersfield Condors with a final score of 7-1. The lone goal of the night for the Rampage coming from Michigan alumni, J.T. Compher.
The Condors did not waste any time getting into the lead, but making it 2-0 at the end of the first period, in the second period the Condors would convert with two more goals to extend their lead to 4-0 at the end of the second period. Things would only get worse for the Rampage in the final frame as the Condors would convert on three more goals to bring the score to 7-0 before Compher would ruin the chances of a shutout for the Condors.
