BOSTON — Josh Manson is the latest injury casualty for the Avalanche. The veteran defenseman has been placed on injury reserve retroactive to Thursday, a team spokesperson said. Manson is flying back to Denver and will miss the last two games of Colorado’s road trip “and then some,” coach Jared Bednar said.
Manson (lower body) missed a few shifts at the end of Colorado’s 5-4 win over Buffalo on Thursday.
Bednar doesn’t have a sense yet of the specific timeline, but “I would say week-to-week,” he said Saturday.
