Colorado has reached an agreement with Calvin de Haan to join the team in the Mile High City. It is officially a one-year deal with an AAV of $800,000 cap hit.

de Haan is a solid defender who stays at home and can work well in the depth of the defense, helping out on the penalty kill. He likely will not contribute much on offense but does have a rocket of a shot when he uses it.
