Avalanche Acquires Boedker From Arizona

The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club announced today that the team has acquired forward Mikkel Boedker from the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for forward Alex Tanguay, forward Conner Bleackley and defenseman Kyle Wood.

Boedker, 26, ranks third on the Coyotes in scoring this season with 39 points (13 goals, 26 assists) while appearing in all 62 games. The Bronby, Denmark, native ranks second on the club in assists and game-winning goals, and his 18:39 average ice time leads all Arizona forwards.
