The Colorado Avalanche will hold its annual development camp from Tuesday, July 5, to Saturday, July 9.
The five-day camp includes both off-ice physical training and learning sessions for the Avs prospects and camp invitees and several on-ice elements at Family Sports Center in Centennial. Tuesday is reserved for medical and physical testing before skating begins on Wednesday.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will feature morning power skating work with Tracy Tutton, who also instructed at last year's development camp, and afternoon skill development with the Avalanche staff.
The final day of camp on Saturday morning will include an hour and a half of skill development and an hour of 3-on-3 challenge and skills competition.
