It’s going to get louder at Ball Arena if the Nuggets and Avalanche advance to the next rounds of their playoffs.
The Denver Department of Public Health and Environment has approved Ball Arena for 100% capacity, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment announced Thursday. All fans ages 3 and older attending the games will be required to wear a face mask. In addition, all fans must “complete a health assessment prior to entry into the venue” and the arena needs to meet air circulation requirements as set by the NHL.
The new capacity rule will go into effect after the Avalanche’s and Nuggets’ current playoff rounds.
