Coastal Carolina senior first baseman Kevin Woodall Jr. was named a second team All-American by Collegiate Baseball on Monday.

The former Georgetown standout is the 12th Chanticleer baseball player named to the team by Collegiate Baseball, and CCU was represented on the squad for the third year in a row. Michael Paez was a first team selection in 2016, while Andrew Beckwith and Alex Cunningham were first and third team picks, respectively, a season ago.

Woodall was voted a first team All-Sun Belt performer last season after leading the conference in home runs (18) and RBIs (60).
