The Cleveland Indians knew that once the 2017 season came to an end their coaching staff might never be the same again, and those premonitions became a reality on Sunday.
The staff will see the departure of pitching coach Mikey Callaway, as reports say the only pitching coach the team has seen under Terry Francona is taking the head job as the new manager of the New York Mets.
The Mets, who were 70-92 this last season, were managed in 2017 by Terry Collins, who stepped down after a tough season.
