Astros beat Yankees in Game 7

It does ring a bit hollow given what happened last week, but yesterday was Yankee Death Day(tm) 2017.

ALCS: Astros 4, Yankees 0 (Houston wins series 4-3)

It’s amazing that in a postseason with so many pitching changes, the winning team in Game 7 of the ALCS used a grand total of 2 pitchers. And that’s even more amazing considering the starter only went 5 innings. It was a tandem start, with starter Charlie Morton handing the ball off to starter Lance McCullers, and that was it.
