Coco Crisp doubled to lead off the third and scored on a single by Carlos Santana off Cubs starter Kyle Hendricks and the Indians and Cubs are tied 1-1 in the fourth inning of Game 7 of the World Series on Wednesday night at Progressive Field.
Crisp went to third on a sacrifice bunt by Roberto Perez before Santana singled to right.
Dexter Fowler hit a leadoff home run to center field off Indians starter Corey Kluber in the first inning to give the Cubs a 1-0 lead.
Kluber gave up an infield single to Kyle Schwarber and then retired the next eight Cubs hitters.
