Tribe's Ramirez exits with finger laceration

PHOENIX -- Jose Ramirez was lifted from Tuesday's spring finale against the D-backs in the first inning due to a laceration on his left middle finger.

Ramirez, who was replaced by pinch-hitter Erik Gonzalez in the top of the second inning at Chase Field, injured his finger in the dugout in the first, according to the Indians. Ramirez is considered day to day with the injury. Manager Terry Francona will be provide more information following the game against Arizona.

This spring, Ramirez has hit .273 with four extra-base hits, seven RBIs, eight runs and nine walks in 22 Cactus League games.
