Life on the front burner can be hot and short. Things tend to sizzle at unexpected times. But after spending the first six weeks of the season vacillating between good and not so good, the Indians could use a little sizzle.
"We wanted to make a statement," said Clevinger. "We wanted to make sure everyone knew we were still here. That we were not going to sleep on it. That we're not hoping for the next win, we're going out there and taking it.
