Mitch Talbot won 10 games as an Indians rookie in 2010. Nobody had done that since, until Shane Bieber’s masterpiece last night against the team that traded Talbot to the Indians. Bieber struck out 11 Devil Rays in 6.2 innings and only gave up 3 hits.
