CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Solid starting pitching and some timely hitting can cure almost anything ailing a baseball team.
The Indians have been under the weather for much of the first two months of the season, but they returned to the medicine cabinet on Sunday afternoon at Progressive Field and discovered the perfect remedy.
The hot-and-cold Tribe topped the White Sox, 4-2, in the rubber match of their three-game series. Carlos Carrasco provided a steady right hand on the mound and Cleveland's bullpen took things from there.
A little dose of offense secured the victory, as the Indians capitalized on Chicago's miscues.
